Somen is the thinnest of all Japanese noodles. They only take 2 minutes to cook. In Japan, these noodles are often served cold, or even in iced water with a dipping sauce. Cooking instructions: Cook organic somen in rapid boiling water for 2 minutes (salt or oil not needed). Drain, then rinse well with cold water. Drain again.
