Pasture-fed Duck Breast from Female Barbary Ducks, raised in wide open spaces in Khao Yai. They are completely free to roam and have access to ponds and shade. They are fed with natural ingredients that grow on the farm only. No added industrial feed. Female duck breasts are smaller than the male breasts, and are a bit less fatty. They do not receive hormones or antibiotics.
