We dare say one of nature's most iconic flavors, butternut squash brings its sweet, namesake flavor to your plate but also brings some clean, low-GI carbohydrates. Great to combine with all kinds of protein for a well-rounded lunch or dinner. 250 grams is a larger serving for one. Combine with our other "heat & eat" veg or meats for an easy lunch or dinner. Easy reheating instructions: 1. Defrost them in the fridge or on your countertop. 2A: Bring a pot of water to a boil and then turn the heat off to allow the water to cool for a minute or two. Place the fully sealed vacuum pack in the water for 3-5 minutes and remove. 2B: Cut a small slit in the vacuum pack and microwave for 45 seconds to a minute. Make sure you cut a slit in the vac pack! You can even do this from fully frozen (but may require 15 seconds longer in the microwave). 2C: Once defrosted, you could also pan fry (with other items if you like) to finish them.
