This one-pan veggie stir fry is delicious. You can serve it as a main course or a side with fluffy rice or grain of choice! No need to defrost. Bake 180c for 15 minutes or stir fry. Add additional ingredients, oil, and seasoning. For Stir Fry : Heat up a pan and add oil, (Add meat of choice and cook until almost cook through) add the frozen vegetables and cook for 1 minute with lid on.
