Grilled grass-fed NZ rump steak in a marinade made with Red Boat Fish Sauce and other aromatics to give it an extra umami kick, just like in Vietnam. Served on top of a bed of fresh salad and herbs with our special Nuoc Cham Vietnamese chili sauce dressing.
