By popular request - another dish with our wild Halibut! It's a relatively simple dish - but when you're working with high quality ingredients, simple is often best. We pan-fry the wild Greenland halibut till it's soft and tender - and then serve with mash potatoes, roasted spinach, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes. We add a healthy sprinkling of walnuts on top for a bit of crunch. For a bit of extra signature flavor on this dish, we add a nice dollop of a garlicky herb butter (made from rich grass-fed butter). Ingredients: Wild Greenland halibut, potatoes, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, spinach, garlic, Italian basil, spring onion, grass-fed butter, extra virgin olive oil, lemon, walnuts, fleur de sel, parsley.
