Salmon stew based on Brazilian style Moqueca fish stew. Salmon marinated in garlic, lime juice, paprika, and cumin, then cooked with onions, bell peppers, tomato, coriander, and coconut milk resulting in a very savory yet light fish stew. Heating instructions For best result defrost overnight in the fridge. Oven (recommended): Remove the plastic lid and place the container in the oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-proof dish and place in microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ingredients: Wild-caught Alaskan Coho salmon, paprika, tomatoes, tomato paste, chicken broth, bell peppers, garlic, onion, ground cumin, organic coconut milk, lime, coriander, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
