Irish Lamb Stew Ready Meal

Our take on a classic Irish stew recipe! Our pasture-raised NZ lamb stews "low and slow" for hours until wonderfully tender. We've substituted Guinness beer in the recipe with a combination of organic coffee, cacao, and balsamic vinegar which replicates that "stout" flavor nicely! Served with 3-way mash (white potato, sweet potato, and pumpkin), plus baby carrots and parsley garnish. A fantastic hearty dinner. Heating instructions For best result defrost overnight in the fridge. Oven (recommended): Remove the plastic lid and place the container in the oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-proof dish and place in microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ingredient: Pasture-raised lamb, carrots, celery, garlic, potato, sweet potato, Japanese pumpkin, spinach, parsley, cloves, black pepper, tapioca starch, onion, rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, tomatoes, cacao, organic coffee (Chiang Mai), aged balsamic vinegar, sea salt, black pepper.
