Pasture-raised Male Barbary Duck Leg

Pasture-fed Duck Leg from Male Barbary Ducks, raised in wide open spaces in Khao Yai. They are completely free to roam and have access to ponds and shade. They are fed with natural ingredients that grow on the farm only. No added industrial feed. The males are larger in size, and have a bit more fat which when cooked right can make the meat tastier. They do not receive hormones or antibiotics.
