Wild Whole Red Snapper

Wild-sustainably-caught seafood from the pristine turquoise water of Southern Thailand. Every morning, our fisherman takes his small boat out to the ocean and return within a couple hours. Because of the unique, cliff-like topography of the Andaman that makes deep water fishing more accessible, our fishermen are able to catch many varieties of abundant seafood from their short 10-mile trip. The particular specie of Red Snapper is known for its dense, flaky, white meat, the whole fish gives extra juiciness and flavors. We love doing salt-baked fish with this fish.
