As their name suggests, Ari Crossfit focuses on the principles of Crossfit training and specializes in fixing body imbalance and building athleticism. All lessons are Crossfit based and they run yoga classes every Saturday.   We've trained here a few times and the workouts are tough and the trainers and students extremely nice and friendly, no wonder it’s called Bangkok’s most friendliest gym.   The gym is run by army Captain Sanpit.  If you want to train outside of classes, they run an open gym everyday from 10am-5:30pm.

  • Price: Vary based on your schedule, availability and goals.

Free-trial: If you’ve never tried at Ari Crossfit before, you get a free 45-minute intro session.
