BASE is open 7 days a week and located right next to Thong Lor BTS. BASE is not your regular free weights gym, they runs several daily group classes and private sessions. Classes range from HIIT, strength training to group classes that are suitable for all levels.

2. Ari Crossfit
As their name suggests, Ari Crossfit focuses on the principles of Crossfit training and specializes in fixing body imbalance and building athleticism. All lessons are Crossfit based and they run yoga classes every Saturday. We've trained here a few times and the workouts are tough and the trainers and students extremely nice and friendly, no wonder it’s called Bangkok’s most friendliest gym. The gym is run by army Captain Sanpit. If you want to train outside of classes, they run an open gym everyday from 10am-5:30pm.

3. Crossfit Ten500
Crossfit Ten500 is run by our good friend Tommy and offers crossfit classes of all levels at his gym in Silom. Open 6 days as week, Crossfit Ten500 runs 5 classes per day Monday-Friday and an open gym outside of class hours. All classes are taught in English and most instructors are bilingual.

Training Ground is the biggest bootcamp in Asia and a world-class gym aimed at athletes. As well as having a traditional free weights gym, they offer crossfit, movement foundations and a bootcamp which is designed to get you in the best shape of your life.

6. Racquet Club
The Racquet club is an all purpose fitness center that has its free weights gym, a number of racket courts, two swimming pools, rock climbing wall and runs all kinds of lessons for all members including yoga and spin class. Lessons are not always in English.

Virgin Active recently opened up in the new Emquartier Mall in 2015 (there's 3 locations in total) which includes a rock climbing wall, swimming pool, fully stocked gym, fitness club, several daily classes and sleep pods if you need to rest after an intense workout.
