A new year is always a great time to make a change in the way we do things, so we thought it would be a great time to issue a challenge to our customers - and offer a great reward for those of you who commit to the habit of higher-quality real food in your day to day life! So...
During our 5-week "Upgrade your Essentials" challenge, any customer that orders from our Grocery 4 times during the 5-week challenge will receive 800 baht of store credit to be used on their future orders! 🤯
On top of that, if you want to share your journey with your friends on social media, tag us! We'll give you an additional 100 baht per tag (maximum 3 times, and it has to be on different days).

☑️ Week 1 (January 4th): Proteins! Every great plate starts with a high quality protein - the body’s most essential nutrient. We’ll cover why protein is important and why the integrity of your protein source also matters. 🥩🐓🐟🥓
☑️ Week 2 (January 11th): Side dishes - the rest of your plate! Greens, healthy starches, and more. We’ll go through the why, when, and how to think about complimenting a great protein source. 🥦🥕🍠🥬
☑️ Week 3 (January 18th): Cooking oils + sauces, and condiments. Lots of otherwise great meals can become not-so-great pretty quickly when swimming in ultra-cheap cooking oils or doused with sauces & condiments full of artificial ingredients. We’ll take a deep dive on the topic and your cooking will never be the same again! 🍅🧈🌶🥑
☑️ Week 4 (January 25th): Snacks. Everybody snacks - let’s make it work for you, not against you! It’s 2021 and we don’t need to rely on super-processed junk food to get tasty food in between meals or on the go. 🥜🥗🧀🍎
☑️ Week 5 (Feb 1): Desserts. Because life is too short not to have dessert sometimes. We’ll cover what you can do if you want to minimize the damage, why all sweeteners are not created equal, and when & why it’s OK to indulge! 🍦🍪🍯
