You've heard of farm to table? π§βπΎ
Say hello to the next best thing: Farm to freezer! π₯Ά Have peak-season flavor ready to go in your freezer when you need them π
Today we're thrilled to launch Thailand's deepest range of 100% organic frozen fruit & vegetables from our friends at OOB Organic in New Zealand. Frozen = peak freshness & flavor π
With today's modern "snap" freezers, you have year-round access to peak-season quality like never before.
OOB's farmers harvest at peak freshness, pack within a few hours, and then freeze the produce at extremely low temperatures. This rapid freezing preserves texture, flavor, and nutrients much better than traditional (sloooow) freezing because it means smaller ice crystals, which means less disruption at the cellular level π¬
Translation? You can "lock in" that perfectly ripe fruit and keep it in the freezer til you need it! π§π»βπ³ ...and not just fruit! Organic veggies too π₯¦π½
Meet OOB Organic
OOB is owned by New Zealand's Auton family, who have been growing organic berries in New Zealand for more than 20 years.
As the demand grew for organic produce over that period, they've looked to more climates than just New Zealand to grow their organic lineup, building relationships with like-minded farmers in some of the best growing regions in the world.

One of their most "fruitful" (π₯) partnerships is with Jorge, one of Chile's first regenerative organic farmers, focused on biodiversity and soil health. It's Jorge's farms where many of OOB's organic berries are grown. Jorge's farmland in Chile's fertile Central Valley (also Chilean wine country !) π·
Taste the organic difference π
Eating organic produce grown in healthy soils is not only about avoiding harmful pesticides and herbicides...although that's important.
And it's not just about having more vitamins and minerals...although that's also important!
Organic, regeneratively grown produce just TASTES better too.
Why? Because in addition to the higher quantity of vitamins and minerals found in healthy soils, the plants also take in more of the huge variety of flavanols and polyphenols that give produce its flavor.
It's one of nature's biggest "win-wins" - organic produce from healthy soil is not only healthier but tastes better too. When it comes to produce, trust your tongue! π§π»βπ³ Taste the organic difference π«
