

Marinated pasture-fed chicken thighs seared with sea salt and black pepper. Cooked sous-vide at 65C for exactly 1 hour. Served in a Cacciatore stew. Cacciatore means "hunter" in Italian. It's made of organic tomatoes, onions, carrots, mushrooms, capsicum, free-range chicken broth. Heating instructions For best result defrost overnight in the fridge. Oven (recommended): Remove lid and place in oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes. Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-proof dish and place in microwave on high for 4 -5 minutes, stirring halfway through.
