Paleo Robbie's Chicken Roast Ready Meal

Inspired by our Thanksgiving and Christmas chicken roasts, our chefs decided to bring this back into the regular rotation as it was our most popular meal in 2019! The pasture-raised chicken breast is cooked sous-vide to remain very moist and tender and gently roasted in the oven together with sweet potato, brussels sprouts, and lots of other crunchy veggies. Simple and reliably delicious. Heating instructions For best results, defrost overnight in the fridge. Reheat the protein separately to avoid overcooking. Oven (recommended): Remove the plastic lid and place the container in the oven at 145-155C. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, half the time for protein. Microwave: Transfer to a microwave-proof dish and place in microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through. Ingredients: Pasture-raised chicken breast, paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, Brussel sprout, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, kale, sweet potato, walnut, chicken bone broth, shiitake, garlic, thyme, rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
